2. We process your personal data only for the purpose of performing a commercial contract, as well as fulfilling obligations under tax law. We will process your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial offers only if you have given your consent in the attachment or electronically. We may also process your personal data for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, if the claims relate to our commercial activities. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, consisting in establishing, investigating or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this contract.
